For my English class I wrote an essay about the cooperation between biologists and landowners when it comes to conservation. Below is sort of a summary of the essay.

Conservation is very important for the
future of humans and the well being of the planet. Often times
conservation becomes an argument between biologist and landowners,
but it doesn't have to be. There are many organizations who have
created partnerships with landowners, helping them understand that
conservation doesn't mean a loss of profit. These organization offer
incentive based programs for landowners that encourage them to
practice good grazing techniques and keep portions of their property
true to native habitats.
Thanks for reading!
